DVD-R Production System - MSH-6118

Summary

This system produces DVD-R discs in-line from molding to final product before pre-writing. The system consits of two active side molding machines, a dummy side molding machine, cooling conveyers, dye coaters, a banking units, a sputtering machine, an outer edge cleaner, a dummy disc loading unit and bonding unit. Inspection units for dye coated discs and final discs are also built in the system.
